Fees

In most cases, clients are not charged a fee for mortgage or insurance advice because Life Protector Limited is remunerated by the product provider when a loan settles or a policy is issued.

Where a fee applies, it will always be disclosed and agreed with you before any advice is provided.

Examples may include:

  • Mortgage Review Fee: $450 (including GST)

  • Non-bank lending advice fees where applicable

  • Additional agreed service fees

Any fees payable will be clearly explained before you proceed.

Commissions and Incentives

Life Protector Limited may receive commissions from lenders and insurance providers when a loan settles or an insurance policy is issued.

Commissions may include:

  • Initial commission

  • Ongoing commission

The amount varies depending on the provider and product selected.

Full commission details will be disclosed when personal financial advice is provided.

Conflicts of Interest

We put our clients' interests first.

To manage conflicts of interest:

  • We follow a structured advice process.

  • Recommendations are based on your goals and circumstances.

  • Advisers undertake ongoing compliance and professional development training.

  • Conflicts of interest are monitored and managed through internal policies and procedures.

  • Regular compliance reviews are conducted.
